London Boiler Care Ltd provides the following services:

All work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers. We reserve the right to decline any job that we deem unsafe or outside our scope of expertise.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided via our website, phone, or email are estimates based on the information supplied. Final pricing may vary following an on-site assessment. We will always inform you of any changes before proceeding with work.
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of work unless a prior agreement has been made in writing.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
Appointments can be booked via our website, phone, or email. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.
We will make every effort to attend at the agreed time. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange.
5. Guarantees and Warranties
All repair and installation work carried out by London Boiler Care Ltd is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of completion, covering parts and labour. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.
New boiler installations may carry additional manufacturer warranties. Details will be provided at the time of installation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To enable us to carry out work safely and effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your boiler and heating system
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the property and equipment
- Inform us of any known hazards or access restrictions
- Ensure an adult (18+) is present during the visit
7. Limitation of Liability
London Boiler Care Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from equipment not serviced by us.
